Maximize Living Space

This 2,000 square foot basement was transformed into a family destination. The previously unfinished basement was converted into a living room, recreation area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom – doubling the house’s living space. Sound dampening materials were incorporated to separate movie night and other activities from the main floor of the house. With the added privacy, this basement has become a place for entertainment and visiting relatives to enjoy all the comforts of home. Additional features include a radiant heated floor in the bathroom, an egress window in the bedroom, updated HVAC, ample kitchen cabinet and drawer space, and a 400 square foot room for organized storage.

This St. Louis Hills area kitchen was redesigned in a mid-century modern style that’s more in tune with the era of the house. A soffit above the sink was removed to increase the size of the room and expand cabinet space. The wall behind the range was opened to transition into the breakfast room and bring in ample natural light. With careful planning, a small kitchen can become a big space.

Rustic Kitchen Redesigns

The color of his sports car inspired the new countertops. A glass tile backsplash and all new lighting added a bright contrast. Custom- built cabinets were stained with a complementary warm tone to soften the overall design. All of the elements came together to achieve a rustic elegance.
