Maximize Living Space

This 2,000 square foot basement was transformed into a family destination. The previously unfinished basement was converted into a living room, recreation area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom – doubling the house’s living space. Sound dampening materials were incorporated to separate movie night and other activities from the main floor of the house. With the added privacy, this basement has become a place for entertainment and visiting relatives to enjoy all the comforts of home. Additional features include a radiant heated floor in the bathroom, an egress window in the bedroom, updated HVAC, ample kitchen cabinet and drawer space, and a 400 square foot room for organized storage.

Rustic Kitchen Redesigns

kitchenbacksplash2In its original state, this kitchen had a linoleum floor and white walls, cabinets, and appliances. The chef of the house wanted a complete kitchen overhaul with masculine flair. The color of his sports car inspired the new countertops. A glass tile backsplash and all new lighting added a bright contrast. Custom- built cabinets were stained with a complementary warm tone to soften the overall design. All of the elements came together to achieve a rustic elegance.
